VLADIMIR ST. PHARD - President and founder of Customized Benefits Solutions, Inc. (CBSI).  As an Account Executive with Oxford Health Plans, Vladimir noticed the lack of personalized service in the benefits market. He wanted to develop a company that focused on developing tailored benefit programs for companies.  In May of 1998, he became an independent agent and was able to more effectively offer clients the best possible fit for their employee benefit needs. He found that his customized, cost-effective approach to benefits was well received by clients. The company has grown to a staff of 10, with a combined 100 years of insurance experience.  CBSI is currently servicing over 250 employer groups. 

Vladimir resides in East Windsor, New Jersey, with his wife Rachelle and their two children, Coby and Kyler.  Vlad attends Princeton Alliance Church in Plainsboro.  He has traveled with a group from the church to Brazil to visit the City of Hope, a children’s home for unwanted, abused and street children.  He also supports Hope Unlimited, the parent organization for this home.  Vladimir also plays Santa annually at the Word In Action Intl. Ministries’ holiday party in Philadelphia.  He has also been active as a youth soccer coach since 2001 for his son for both recreation and travel through the East Windsor PAL.
